Ashley Swafford, FNP-C practices as a Nurse Practitioner with KCUC. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences. After graduation, she practiced as a registered nurse for six years in various specialties including telemetry, medical-surgical, and orthopedics. While working, she attained a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in family practice from the University of Central Missouri. She graduated with honors, being inducted into Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. 

Ashley is a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Missouri and Kansas and is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Ashley’s responsibilities are divided between the inpatient and outpatient settings. Ashley enjoys staying active with sports such as playing sand volleyball and cheering on the Chiefs.
