Dr. Bock received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma and completed his urology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. Dr Bock has served as a Trustee and as Vice-President of the American Board of Urology and continues to be a member of the ABU Exam Committee. He has served as Medical Director of KCUC.
Dr. Bock has special interests and expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate and bladder diseases including benign enlargement and all stages of prostate and bladder cancers. Dr. Bock works to expand oncology care at KCUC and directs our Clinical Trials Department. He is actively involved in several studies and serves as the principal investigator in many studies. He has published several academic papers, and he has presented research findings at several national and international meetings.
Dr. Bock is board certified by the American Board of Urology and he is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. He is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. He has been recognized by Ingram’s Magazine as one of the top physicians in Kansas City, Top Doctors and America’s Best Physicians. He is a member of the American Urological Association, the American Association of Clinical Urologists, the Metropolitan Medical Society and the South-Central Section of the American Urological Association.
