Scott Johnson, PA has been a physician assistant with KCUC since 2005. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in Human Biology. He then moved to Syracuse, New York where he attended LeMoyne College, and graduated in 2005 with a certificate in Physician Assistant studies.
In 2009 he was a recipient of the Leadership and Excellence Achieved through Practice Award, in recognition of exceptional clinical practice in Urology. This was given by the Missouri Academy of Physician Assistants.
Scott is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Missouri Academy of Physicians Assistants, the American Urological Association, and Urologic Association of Physician Assistants. Scott practices at Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City – Plaza. He primarily works in the hospital setting with admissions, discharges, assisting in surgeries (including robotics), hospital rounding, and inpatient consultations.
